| Staffordshire Police are appealing for any witnesses with regards to a Dog bite incident, where an off leash dog has bitten a runner. This is believed to have taken place near Silverdale Country Park on the 04/10/2025 between 07:30am and 08:00am 
 The incident reported has happened off Scot Hay Road, towards the Bank from the Mini Car park, to where the runner has had two off leash dogs run at them, one of the dogs was said to bark at them, however the second dog has jumped up and bitten causing injury and blood to be drawn. Dogs are described as a Black and White Border Collie and the dog which bit is only described as Black and White in colour, however breed is unknown, the owner of the dogs at the time of the incident was described as a White female, 5ft, 5inches, Blonde hair, medium build, Beige coat with the hood up and is said to be a regular walker in the park and believed they live towards Parksite area.
